元宵節是我們中國的傳統節日。元宵節的習俗主要就以吃湯圓為主。
今年的元宵節我們家和以前過的不一樣。以前，我們是去超市買別人已經做好了的，回家只要放在過了煮好了就可以吃了，可是那樣過節是在是太沒意思了。所以，今年的元宵節，我們自己包湯圓。
我跟著姥姥一步一步地學著。先把準備好的一包糯米倒入一個較大的碗或盆里，倒入十分之七的溫水，把這個面調均勻后放好。面做好了，該弄餡了。這次是用黑芝麻餡的，買餡的時候這個是一大快，要先用刀切的一小塊一小塊的，不要太小，也不要太大。再把他一塊一塊的搓成圓形。
面和餡都做好了，就要開始包了。先從面團上掐一塊面下來，捏成扁餅形，拿一粒先放在最中間，把旁邊的面往上推，逐漸變成一個圓，再用手捏一捏不平的地方，搓成一個團，再在面上滾幾圈，一個湯圓就完成了。
就這樣，一個又一個的湯圓在我的手中誕生了。最重要的是下鍋煮。先把鍋里的水燒開，然后把湯圓扔進水里，煮到湯圓向上漂，水“咕嘟咕嘟”冒泡時，就是已經煮熟了。把火關了，把湯圓撈出來，就可以吃了。
吃著自己做的湯圓，心里也甜滋滋的。

元宵節很想去看花燈，可是回家后發現爸媽的工作都沒完成。
媽媽讓我先寫好作業，大部分作業在學校里就完成了，剩下的我一會兒就做好了。
可是爸媽還是沒做完。為了等他們，我又看了一會兒書。
好不容易，爸媽的工作都做好了。媽媽說沒來得及做飯，還是出去吃吧，等晚上回來在家里煮湯圓就是了。
可是我都餓了，去哪里吃飯呢?媽媽問我。后來我們又去了味千拉面。
雖然是團圓的日子，餐館里的人也不少，點了餐還要等。我和媽媽先去旁邊的書店轉轉。書店里沒有人，我有點累，就坐在地上看了，媽媽說只要不到處爬就可以。
吃了飯，我們就往世紀廣場走，但是很遺憾，那里沒有花燈。爸爸說現在去豫園太晚了，我們只好往江邊開，爸爸又開始在科技館附近的路上辨不出方向了。我真有點兒累了，躺在媽媽的腿上，迷迷糊糊地睡著了。
過了好久好久，車停了，發動機的聲音也沒有了，媽媽叫我，我還以為到江邊了呢，結果是已經回到家了。媽媽說，到江邊的時候看我睡得那么好，不忍心叫醒我，就掉頭開回來了。
連正大門口的燈都沒有看到，我不高興了好一陣子……后來大家吃了湯圓，節就這么過了。
希望明年的元宵節能去看花燈啊!
