　　我一直在不斷的提升自己，完善自己，自從教以來，我連續數年在全縣優質課和優秀論文評選活動中獲獎，XX年我被評為縣級骨干教師今年暑假，我又在高等師范專科學校參加了省級骨干教師的培訓，聆聽名家教誨，和來自全省各地老師交流教學經驗，從中讓我看到了自己的渺小和不足，在以后的工作中，我將虛心學習，積極進取。路漫漫其修遠兮，吾將上下而求索。多年的教育教學生涯和生活的磨練，我已逐漸褪去了稚氣和青澀，變得成熟而自信。我也在不斷的工作中體會到教師這個職業是一個需要更多責任心和細心去完成也真正體會到了學高為師，身正為范。我覺得自己很適合這份工作，我希望發貴校能夠給我這次機會，我會好好努力的，讓大家看到大家的努力。
